“Our stay at [Maravilla Estates] was incredible! We absolutely loved everything about it—the beautifully designed bedrooms, the comfortable living area, and the fantastic terrace with a pool. The location was perfect: close enough to walk to all the restaurants and stores, yet quiet and peaceful, away. from the noise. Highly recommend! We loved the horses that came to visit!."

“On a passé un super séjour. Le logement est neuf et très bien aménagé pour deux couples avec ses chambres séparées avec leur salle de bain respectives. La piscine et le coin BBQ est vraiment magnifique. On a cuisiné et mangé dehors à chaque soir. Emilio qui s’occupe de la sécurité la nuit, nettoyait ce coin à chaque soir avec minutie. La plage et les restaurants sont à distance de marche. Une expérience globale 5 étoiles. Je le recommande. J’y retournerais sans hésiter.”

The location is great—close to restaurants and activities, yet still peaceful and calm. It’s also conveniently close to the beaches, making it the perfect getaway. Highly recommend!"

A large group of friends and I stayed at Maravilla Estates for 8 days. We had a wonderful time hanging out by the pool in the evenings and going for cold plunges. Each [condo] was really nicely equipped, was clean and very modern. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels but our host Audra happily provided more. Fantastic experience all around.

"This is a beautiful place in a great location! The place is only 6 months old and is wonderfully designed. Quick 10 minute walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants but away from the noise in a residential neighbourhood! The owner, property manager and [host] were amazing as was all the staff! We truly enjoyed our stay and met some very nice people!"

“We spent 2 weeks at Maravilla Estates January 2025 and all aspects of our stay were very positive. The accommodations were spectacular and had all we could need for our stay. We were very comfortable. We were without a car and found the location very walkable to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We did rent a vehicle for a day to further explore the area which I would highly recommend if you are adventurous.”

All I can say is - WOW! The property is beautiful. It has all the amenities you need to either have a short or long stay. The condo itself is very spacious and comfy. We especially enjoyed the pool and the cold plunge though! The condo is only a few blocks from all the action in town as well as the beach. Audrey was an amazing property manager as she was highly responsive and very helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Having spent a week at these apartments all I can say is, I will definitely be back! Very comfortable, gracious host, and a tranquil space. The best times during this vacation were spent simply hanging around the complex. Another option is to enjoy the thriving city just a short walk away. One of the best trips I have had thus far and I cannot recommend it enough!!!!
