Cancellation Policy

 

Our Cancellation Policy offers flexibility while ensuring fairness to all guests. If you need to cancel, you will receive a full refund if your cancellation is made at least 14 days before check-in. However, cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable, as it becomes difficult to accommodate new reservations on short notice. We understand that plans can change quickly, so we provide a 100% refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation, allowing you peace of mind if you need to adjust your plans right away.
